Zhang Zhi is a doctoral candidate at the School of Economics and Trade, Hunan University. He has published 10 papers in Chinese and English journals and has long been committed to research in the field of green development. Several of his published papers have been selected as highly cited papers by Web of Science.
Hong Yuan is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Trade, Hunan University. He serves as a council member of the 9th China Finance Society, deputy secretary-general of the Hunan Province Finance Society, deputy secretary-general of the Hunan Province Agricultural Finance Research Society, and council member of the Hunan Province Taxation Law Research Society. He has long been dedicated to research in the fields of taxation theory and policy. He has led multiple national-level projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) General Projects and Youth Projects, as well as Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences General Projects, and has participated in important projects such as the National Social Science Fund Major Project. He has published over 70 papers in domestic and international academic journals, won the 15th Hunan Province Outstanding Social Science Achievement Award, the First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in the 11th China Society of Quantitative Economics, the Dong Qingzheng Professor Fiscal and Tax Education Fund Fiscal and Tax Academic Paper Award, and the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from Central South University of Finance and Economics. In terms of think tank research achievements, a report he authored was adopted by the People's Daily Internal Reference in January 2021 and received approval from central leaders.
Yang Ziyao, Associate Professor at Hunan Transportation Engineering College, has been engaged in research in the fields of green development and environmental protection for a long time. She has published more than 20 papers in domestic and international journals and has presided over or participated in more than 10 national and provincial-level projects.
Chen Liming is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Finance and Statistics, Hunan University, director of the Institute of Urban Development Planning, Hunan University, visiting scholar at the University of Nottingham, UK, expert evaluator for the assessment of leading cadres at the Organization Department of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and third-party expert at Hunan Xiangzhi Bidding and Consulting Co., Ltd. He has published over 60 academic papers and has served as principal investigator on two National Social Science Fund projects (one of which was a key project), one Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences project, two key projects under the National Statistical Research Program, one Hunan Provincial Social Science Fund project, and one Changsha Municipal Natural Science Fund project. He has also participated in over 10 other research projects.
