Prof. Xin Ma earned a Doctor of Engineering degree in
Petroleum Engineering Computational Technology from Southwest Petroleum
University in 2016 and was a visiting scholar at KU Leuven. He has long focused
on researching grey systems, machine learning, their applications in energy
engineering, and software development. He has led national-level projects,
published over 100 SCI papers, and won multiple awards. In terms of work
experience, he has held positions as a lecturer and associate professor at
Southwest University of Science and Technology and is currently a professor
there, also serving as a master’s supervisor.
