Ronald Bual is an Associate Professor at the Mindanao State
University-Iligan Institute of Technology, located in Iligan City, Philippines.
With over 10 years of experience at the university, he currently serves as the
Chairperson of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology. He
received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Kyushu University, Fukuoka,
Japan. His research interests lie in the areas of tissue engineering and
regenerative medicine, sustainable polymers, and biomedical engineering. He is
an active member of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers—Iligan Bay
Chapter, also located in Iligan City, Philippines.
