Prof. Dr. Guangping Qi is a Second-Level Professor and Doctoral Supervisor and currently works as the Dean of the College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University; as the Chief Expert of Gansu Jingtai Wolfberry Science and Technology Institute of the Ministry of Education; as a member of the Rainwater Professional Committee of the Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society; as the Deputy Director of the Gansu Water Conservancy Science Popularization Professional Committee; as the Executive Director of the Gansu Water Conservancy Society; as a member of the Water Conservancy Management Professional Committee; as the Director of the International Alliance of Ecological Water Conservancy and New Energy; and as an Expert of the Gansu Ecological Environment Expert Committee. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Conservancy Engineering and a Ph.D. in Crop Cultivation and Tillage at Gansu Agricultural University. His main research directions are efficient use of water resources, improvement of saline-alkali land, and ecological environment protection.
Prof. Dr. Yanxia Kang currently works as a Professor and Master's Supervisor at the College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University, China. She is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research in the fields of efficient water-saving irrigation theory and technology, hydrology, and water resources. She mainly teaches courses such as "Water-saving Irrigation Theory and New Technology", "Principles of Hydrology", "Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology", "General Geology", and "Watershed Hydrological Model". She holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering majoring in agricultural water conservancy engineering from Gansu Agricultural University, a master's degree in Engineering majoring in agricultural water and soil engineering from Northwest A&F University, and a doctorate of Hydrology and Water Resources from Hohai University.
Prof. Minhua Yin currently works as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University, China. She obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in agricultural water conservancy engineering and a Doctorate of Engineering in agricultural water and soil engineering, both from Northwest A&F University. Her main research direction is the efficient utilization of water and soil resources in arid areas.
Prof. Yayu Wang currently works as a lecturer at the College of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University, China. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in agricultural water conservancy engineering from Hexi College and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from Shihezi University in 2018 and 2024, respectively. He is mainly engaged in teaching and scientific research on the theory and technology of water-saving irrigation and currently teaches the graduate course "Principles and Technology of Irrigation and Drainage".
