Dr. Zhi Xu obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China in 1997, his Master’s degree from Jinan University in 2003, and his PhD degree from Northwest University in 2006. He is currently a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Department of Technical Economics and Management, South China University of Technology.
