Prof. Dr. Deli Cheng is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property, Tongji University, and director of the college’s International Intellectual Property Governance Teaching and Research Department. He is an intellectual property arbitrator. He holds a master’s degree in law and a doctorate in management from Tongji University. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Applied Economics Postdoctoral Station of Fudan University, a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Germany and the Law School of the University of Konstanz in Germany. He is a researcher at the Intellectual Property Research Center of Fudan University, an expert in the Shanghai Foreign-related Legal Talent Pool, and a director of the Science and Technology Law Society. He has presided over a number of projects including the National Science and Technology Support Program, the Ministry of Education, and the National Intellectual Property Administration, published more than 30 core papers, and published 4 monographs. He is a reviewer for the journals “Chinese management studies” and “Frontiers of Engineering Management”, a book publishing review expert for Taylor & Francis Group, and an advanced individual in national intellectual property talent work.
Dr. Lei Jiang is an associate professor at the College of Geographical Sciences and Remote Sensing, Guangzhou University. He graduated from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands in 2015 with a PhD in Economic Geography. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and an associate professor at the School of Economics at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. He is mainly engaged in research on resource and environmental economic geography, regional sustainable development, applied spatial econometric modeling, and spatiotemporal data analysis. He has published more than 60 core papers in Chinese and English. He has presided over three provincial and ministerial projects. He has published a textbook “Applied Spatial Econometrics”. He is a member of the Youth Editorial Committee of Tropical Geography and an anonymous reviewer for core Chinese academic journals such as Geographical Research, Geographical Science, Progress in Geographical Sciences, Resource Science, Tourism Tribune, Tropical Geography, Journal of Anhui Normal University (Humanities and Social Sciences Edition), Systems Engineering–Theory and Practice, Operations Research and Management, Environmental Science, and Nanjing University Business Review.
