Letizia Cretarola received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology through the Erasmus Programme in 2021. Since 2022, she has been pursuing a PhD at the Faculty of Energy and Nuclear Science and Technology at Politecnico di Milano. In 2024, she was a visiting student and research collaborator at the Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment at Princeton University. Her research focuses on the implementation of Carbon Capture and Storage systems for bioenergy plants and industrial sectors, with a particular emphasis on molten carbonate fuel cells.
