Ti-Hung Chen received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tatung University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 1995, 1999, and 2005, respectively. Since 2005, he has been with the Department of Computer Information and Network Engineering, Lunghwa University of Science and Technology, Taoyuan, Taiwan, R.O.C., where he is currently an Assistant Professor. His research interests include fuzzy control, adaptive control, and intelligent control.
