Dr. Gulenay Guner is an investigator at GSK. She
earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University
and her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of
Technology. Her professional experience includes serving as Vice President of
the Bogazici University Aviation Club from 2016 to 2019; working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Bogazici University
from 2017 to 2019; serving as Lab Manager and Research Assistant at the New
Jersey Institute of Technology from 2019 to 2022; working as a Senior
Scientist, Modeling and Simulation, and Principal Scientist at PerkinElmer from
2023 to 2024; and as Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist at GSK in 2023–2024.
She received the New Jersey Institute of Technology GSA Travel Award in 2021,
as well as the Women in Chemical Engineering (WIC) Travel Award in 2021. She
has published fifteen papers in the fields of pharmaceutics and powder
technology.
