Dr. Hoikyoung Bae is a representative of Angel Silver Nursing Home and President of the Korea Smart Future Education Association. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Soongsil University and Myongji University, and has served as a representative of Changjo Daycare Center. Regarding her Ph.D. experience in business administration, her thesis title is "The Effects of Metaverse-Based Virtual Play on Infants' Composition and Play." In the book, "Family Welfare Theory (2024)" is displayed, and a remarkable association is discussed. She has won the Challenge Korea Award, Soongsil University's Outstanding Paper Award, and previous teacher-related awards.

Dr. Gwangyong Gim is a Professor at the Dept. of Business Administration in Soongsil University. He was previously Dean of the School of Business Administration, President of the Graduate School of Business Administration, and Vice-President for Global and Cyber Education at Soongsil University. He has worked as Director of the Next Generation R&D Technology Policy Institute, President of the Society of Global Management, and President of the Society of IT Services. He has also worked as Vice Editor of the Asia Pacific Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and was Chief Editor of the Society of IT Services. He has won academic awards as like Top 100 Educators, Marquis Who's Who, Marquis Who's Who in the World, Albert Nelson Lifetime Achiever, and Best IT Service Research Award.
