Ching-Hsu Chan received his B.S. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 1992, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1994 and 1998, respectively. From 2002 to 2007, he was an assistant professor at St. John’s University, Taiwan. Since 2007, he has been an associate professor at St. John’s University. His research interests include semiconductor optics, semiconductor manufacturing and processes, and sensors.
