Dr. Guanghui Du is an associate professor at the
School of Agriculture (Institute of Resource Plants), Yunnan University . He
received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in 2005 from Yantai
Normal University, his master’s degree in Genetics in 2008 from Yunnan
University, and his Ph.D. in Botany in 2011 from Xishuangbanna Tropical
Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In August 2012, he joined Yunnan
University. His research topics mainly include research on high-yield and
high-efficiency crop cultivation and research on the molecular mechanisms of
crop stress resistance.
