Prof. Dr. Karol Durczak is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Biosystems Engineering, Poznań University of Life Sciences. Dr. Durczak's research interests include agricultural engineering, soil mechanics, wheel parameters, soil stress, thrust characteristics, etc. Dr. Durczak has made significant contributions to the field through extensive publication records. Dr. Durczak's scientific output includes 25 publications, corresponding to 145 citations (h-index 7) (Scopus, 12 January 2024).
Joanna Duda, PhD, is an Associate Professor at AGH University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Management in Krakow, Poland. She received her PhD degree in Economic Sciences, specializing in Management, from AGH University. Her research interests are related to the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She conducts empirical studies in Poland, Germany, and Finland on the barriers to development and financing strategies for innovation activities of SMEs in the context of globalization processes. She is the author of more than 80 scientific publications, including several monographs.
