Shimon Uzan received his Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Bar-Ilan University in 2020, and his Master's degree in Industrial Management (Research Track) from Bar-Ilan University in 2025. He is currently affiliated with the Department of Management at Bar-Ilan University, where he has also served as an assistant lecturer for core courses within the Technology Management program. His research topics mainly include artificial intelligence, chatbot optimization, customer experience, sentiment analysis, and business process improvement.
