Tatyana Golubeva – Professor of Practice at the Department of Cybersecurity, Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev, Kazakhstan. She received her engineering degree from KazNTU named after K. Satbayev in 2000 and her PhD in Transport Engineering from Ruse University in 2025. Her research interests include computer systems, information security, AI, and positioning methods for earthmoving and construction machinery in mining quarries. Ivan Beloev  -  is a lecturer in Transport Department at the “Angel Kanchev” University of Ruse, Bulgaria. He received his B.Eng., M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Transport Engineering from University of Ruse, in 2013, 2014 and 2015, respectively. He has been a Professor in “Angel Kanchev” University of Ruse since 2023. He is currently the Head of the Center for Continuing Education Ruse University 'Angel Kanchev'.
