Dilmi Tharaki is a Data Science and Analytics professional with strong academic and professional experience in data-driven technologies. She is an Associate Web Analytics Specialist, responsible for Google Analytics 4 implementation, dashboard development, data management, and tag deployment. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology specializing in Data Science from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology and a Diploma in English and Literature from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, strengthening both technical and communication skills. Her experience includes data mining, data integration, data visualization, CRM management, and targeted marketing campaigns, along with an internship in Business Intelligence focusing on SQL Server, Python automation, ETL processes, and data visualization. She has also worked on freelance Python projects in computer vision and model training. Beyond her career, she contributes to IEEE and Rotaract clubs in SLIIT university, combining technical expertise with leadership and community engagement.
Yashika Rupasinghe is a Business Intelligence and Data Engineering professional with a strong foundation in data-driven solutions and decision support systems. She possesses excellent analytical skills, expertise in data visualization, and hands-on experience in designing and optimizing ETL processes. She earned her BSc (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Data Science from SLIIT (Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology), where she built a solid academic background in data analytics, machine learning, and database systems. Currently, She is working as a Junior Data Engineer, where she contributes to developing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and enabling efficient data-driven insights for business operations. Her research interests lie in building machine learning models and data analytics–related projects, with a strong passion for transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating scalable data architectures that add business value.
Shashani Dewmi Piyathma Ruhunage is an undergraduate student at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT), pursuing a BSc (Hons) Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Data Science. She is currently in her final year with a strong academic record. Since early 2024, she has been engaged in a Business Intelligence internship, where she has gained hands-on experience in refining large datasets, creating reports, developing real-time data streaming solutions. Her technical expertise spans multiple data visualization and development tools too. She has also carried out several personal projects, including developing machine learning models for enhancing learning skills of autistic children, building a predictive banking model, and creating recommendation systems and web applications. Shashani is passionate about data-driven decision-making, machine learning applications, and creating innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Ama Pehesarani is a final-year undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data science at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). She is currently an associate data scientist at Atlas Labs, where she works on computer vision, machine learning, and data analytics projects. Her research interests include healthcare and autism intervention, with a focus on assessing and improving cognitive and metacognitive skills in autistic children. Ama has hands-on experience in developing machine learning models, data visualization, and IoT-based predictive analytics. She has contributed to multiple industry and academic projects, combining technical expertise with a passion for using technology to improve quality of life for diverse communities.
