Dr. Weiwei Chen is a Lecturer at the School of Life Sciences, Zhengzhou University, where she has been teaching since April 2021. Her research focuses on plant growth and development, as well as plant responses to abiotic stress. Dr. Chen has a particular interest in plant physiology under stress conditions and the molecular mechanisms regulating plant adaptation. At Zhengzhou University, she teaches the course Plant Omics, integrating modern genomics approaches into plant science education and research.

Dr. Gangqiang Cao is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor specializing in plant quantitative genetics and crop breeding. His research focuses on the genetic improvement and variety development of horticultural crops. He has led several scientific research projects, including the Henan Province Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Project on the new netted melon variety Zhenmi No. 5 and its supporting technologies. Dr. Cao received the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievement from the Henan Provincial Department of Education for his work in breeding and applying the high-yield, high-quality, and transport-tolerant seedless watermelon variety Tianfa Black Seedless No. 2.

Dr. Jialin Guo is a Lecturer at the College of Agriculture, Zhengzhou University.
