Hong-Yan Liu received her Ph.D.
Degree from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. She has been working
at the Institute of Urban Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences
since 2019. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Director of the Public
Experimental Platform of the Chengdu National Agricultural Science and
Technology Center. Her research topics mainly include food
traceability and the exploration and high-value utilization of plant functional
factors. She has hosted over more than 10 research projects, and published more
than 50 SCI papers, and currently is the Young Editorial Board Member of
“Journal of Future Foods”, the reviewer editor of “Frontiers in Nutrition”,
guest editor of “Foods”, “Nutrition” and “Antioxidants”. She has published 28
SCI papers as the first or correspondent author, and has also published 1 English book
as co-author and obtained 8 authorized patents.
Li-Li Qian received her Ph.D. Degree in Agricultural Mechanization
Engineering from the Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural
University in 2017. She has been working as an associate professor at the
College of Food Science, Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University since September
2013. Furthermore, she is also a director of the Food Association of the China Cereals
and Oils Association. Her research topics mainly include food quality and safety and
technology for the traceability of agricultural product authenticity.
