Dr. Nicoleta Georgeta Panait currently works as a lecturer in the Department of Economics at Nicolae Titulescu University, Bucharest, Romania. She obtained a PhD in International Economic Relations from the University of Craiova in 2008 and also completed her postdoctoral studies at the Institute of National Economy, Bucharest, in 2018. Dr. Panait conducts research in finance, business administration, strategic management, project management, organizational research, organizational management, management leadership, entrepreneurship, human resources, and development sustainability.
