Hilton Tulio Costi graduated in Geology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul in 1977 and earned a doctorate in Geology and Geochemistry from the Federal University of Pará in 2000. He currently works as the Coordinator of the Lab. Institutional of Scanning Electronic Microscopy of the Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi. His research area in Geosciences is mainly linked to topics related to the petrology of mineralized granitoids in Sn and F (Mina Pitinga - AM), geology of the Amazon craton and electron microscopy applied to mineralogy and materials.
