Weida Yin graduated from Shenyang Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture in 2006 and has been teaching at the School of Landscape Architecture of Beijing Forestry University since September 2013. He is an Associate Professor and his research interests are urban planning and landscape design. He teaches courses including regional planning, urban design, professional English for urban planning, landscape architecture natural systems, etc. In 2014, he went to Türkiye to attend the Wooden Cultural Heritage Protection Conference and was invited to give a speech.
