Rotem Rittblat is a postdoctoral fellow at the Federmann School of Public Policy and Governance at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She is an organizational sociologist with interdisciplinary interests in organization theory—particularly innovation studies—as well as healthcare research and sustainability. Her research focuses on organizational and extra-organizational processes related to innovation management and entrepreneurship across diverse sectors. Methodologically, she utilizes qualitative approaches, including ethnography and comparative case studies, addressing multiple levels of analysis (individual, organizational, and field). Her scholarly work has been published in peer-reviewed venues such as Research in the Sociology of Organizations and Sustainability.
