Julian Rivera received his doctorate of physical therapy from Ithaca College in 2015. He completed a sports residency program in 2017 at the University of Miami. He works as an athletic trainer/physical therapist for the University of Miami's baseball team since 2017. He is a mentor within the sports residency program at the University and a co-program director for the University of Miami's Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship. He specializes in the overhead athlete.
