Md. Sumon Rahman received his Master of sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the Khulna University of Engineering and Technology in 2019, Bangladesh, and is now pursuing a PhD in Transdisciplinary Sciences at Kanazawa University, Japan. He worked as a Lecturer at Jashore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh (2016–2019), and was promoted to Assistant professor in 2019. His research topics mainly include human biomechanics, ergonomics, statistical analysis, TPM, and MCDM.
Jiro Sakamoto is a Professor (Advisor for President) at the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute (AMTI),
Kanazawa University, and the Director General of the Institute for Frontier Science Initiative (Concurrent). He is also the Dean of the Graduate School of Frontier Science Initiative, and the Head of the Division of Transdisciplinary Science, Graduate School of Frontier Science Initiative. He holds a Master's of Engineering (Mar, 1988, Kanazawa University) and a Ph.D (Sep, 1998, Kanazawa University).
