His expertise is based on 23+ years experience in commercial and corporate R&D for leading companies such as Siemens, Eaton, BTL Industries and freelance R&D services for organisation such as ESA and CERN. His expertise relates to sensors and measurement systems design with high complexity and system design (ESA.int). His research activities also cover topic of biomedicine, applications of gas sensors, work safety and the research and design of specialized devices in areas of medical devices, spacecraft, atmosphere explosive and industrial functional safety. MSc Chandana Ravikumar, PhD. received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bengaluru, India, in 2018. and an MSc degree and PhD from the Electronics Department, Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania in 2020 and 2024. She is currently a researcher in CTU - University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings, department for monitoring and intelligent control of buildings (Czech Republic). Jan Včelák, PhD. is a senior researcher and department leader at the CTU - University Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings, department for monitoring and intelligent control of buildings (Czech Republic). His expertise relates to sensor design for special purposes, and complex sensor systems including data processing algorithms.
