Dr. Yinhua Zhu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Health at China Agricultural University, where he was recruited as an Excellent Talent in 2023. He received his Ph.D. in Biology from China Agricultural University in 2017 and completed his postdoctoral research at the School of Chemical and Molecular Engineering, Peking University (2017–2021). Before undertaking his current role, he served as an Assistant Researcher at the Artemisinin Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Zhu’s research focuses on the application of chemical biology to identify protein targets and elucidate the mechanisms of action of natural products. His work also involves the development of highly active anti-aging compounds and functional foods aimed at promoting health and longevity.
