Prof. Dr. Feng Wei received her B.A. in the Russian language and literature from the Xi`an International Studies University in 1988, received her M.Sc. from the College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University in 1999, and received her Ph.D. from the College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University in 2003. She worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Foreign Languages, Northwest A&F University from 1988 to 1994. She was promoted to Instructor at the College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University in 1994, and then to Associate Professor in 1999 and to Professor in 2013. She was a Visiting Scholar at the national university of finance and economics Russia's St. Petersburg from 2006 to 2007. Her research topics mainly include agro-economics and management; human resource management; and enterprise management.
