Goncharuk Oleksii Oleksandrovych received a master's degree in engineering mechanics from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2005, where he currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Laser Engineering and Physical and Technical Technologies. In 2014, he defended his thesis on the topic “Laser sintering of tool composites with cubic boron nitride” and received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the field of materials processing using special technologies. The main research topics include: laser processing of materials, abrasive materials and tools, powder materials, superhard materials, laser sintering, laser hardening, additive technologies.
Kapustynskyi Oleksandr received a master's degree in engineering mechanics from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2016. In 2023, he defended his doctoral thesis on the topic “Research of improvement of non-alloy steel surface hardness and stiffness by laser treatment” and received the doctoral degree in Technology Science in the field of Materials Science. Currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Mechanics, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University - VILNIUS TECH. The main research topics include: laser processing of materials, laser sintering, laser hardening, additive technologies, NDT, metrology, and materials science.
