Katarzyna Żyminkowska is an Associate Professor and the head of
the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of
Bielsko–Biala in Poland. Her research interests encompass customer engagement
marketing, customer engagement orientation, consumer engagement behavior, and
entrepreneurship pedagogy. With extensive experience in business consulting,
she has collaborated with organizations such as Ernst & Young, among
others. Her work has been published in notable journals including the
International Journal of Consumer Studies, Central European Business Review,
Emerging Trends in Marketing and Management, International Conference on
Marketing and Business Development Journal, and International Journal of Economic
Practices and Theories. Additionally, she is the author of "Customer
Engagement in Theory and Practice: A Marketing Management Perspective"
published by Palgrave Macmillan and serves as a co-editor for
"Entrepreneurship Education and Pedagogy in Central and Eastern European
Countries" published by Routledge.
Edyta Zachurzok-Srebrny is a doctoral student affiliated with the University of Bielsko-Biała, where she earned her master’s degree in Management. She has professional experience in the field of digital marketing, gained in both corporate and academic environments. Her research interests focus on customer engagement, social media marketing, and the application of artificial intelligence in digital communication. She is a member of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES).
