Richard S. Feinn is a Professor in the Department of Medical Sciences at Frank H Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. Dr. Feinn received his MA in Statistics from Central Connecticut State University and his Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation from The University of Connecticut. His research focuses on applying advanced statistical methods for understanding alcohol and substance use disorders.

Howard Tennen is a University of Connecticut Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor. He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Massachusetts. Since 1978, he has been affiliated with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, where he is a member of the Departments of Public Health Sciences and Psychiatry. Dr. Tennen’s research focuses on adjustment to threatening encounters, the daily dynamics of chronic pain, stress, and alcohol use and the application of daily process methods in clinical trials.
