Dr. Ivana Lončarević is a senior research fellow and an assistant professor at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad. She completed her Ph.D. in the Department of Engineering Carbohydrate Foods in 2013 and was elected as a research fellow in 2014, and an assistant professor in 2018. She also works at the laboratory for testing the quality of food products and performs laboratory exercises for students within the courses of technology of chocolate and cocoa products, technology of biscuits and candies, quality control in technology of sugar and confectionery products, and edible fats in confectionery products. Additionally, Dr. Ivana Lončarević has contributed to several papers in the field of food engineering and participated in national and international conferences.
