Prof. Xing Zhao is a Professor at the School of Mathematical Sciences of CNU, Beijing, China. He received a PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Science and Technology of China. He won the award for Science and Technology New Progress in CT and 3D Imaging from the Chinese Society for Stereology in 2010 as well as the Ron Halmshaw Award from the British Organization for Non-Destructive Evaluation in 2014. He has published more than 60 papers in related fields and applied for 28 national invention patents. His research interests are in the areas of X-ray CT imaging theory and technology and computer graphics.
