Prof. Shugang Li graduated with a
Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004. He became a lecturer at
Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2004 and a professor and doctoral supervisor
at Shanghai University in 2015. In 2019, he became the director of the
Department of Information Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is
also a visiting scholar at the University of Florida (UF), an Oriental Top
Talent (formerly Oriental Scholar Distinguished Professor), and a Shanghai
Pujiang Talent. He is an expert in the review of National Natural Science
Foundation and provincial and ministerial projects. He is an editorial board
member of Mathematics and Computer Science and a guest editorial board member
of Mathematics. His main research directions include big data and business
artificial intelligence, Internet and business, social network marketing, online
game development and operation management, social e-commerce and product
management, information systems and information management, complex system
modeling and evolutionary control.
