Dr. Bin Liu received his PhD from the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beihang University, in 2021. Later, he completed his postdoctoral fellowship at the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Beihang University. Currently, he is an Associate Researcher at the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute, Beihang University. His research directions include chalcogenide phase-change materials and phase-change random-access memory.
Prof. Zhimei Sun received her doctorate from the
Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in March 2002. From
2002 to 2007, she worked as a researcher at RWTH Aachen University in Germany
and Uppsala University in Sweden. From 2007 to 2013, she worked as a professor
and doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering at
Xiamen University. Since August 2013, she has worked as a professor and
doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Beihang
University. Her research directions include artificial intelligence research on
advanced materials, computational materials science, semiconductor materials,
and high-performance structural materials.
