Dr. Shifeng Li received the Ph.D. degree in astrometry and celestial mechanics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2013. He is currently a Professor with the National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include land-based radio timing theory, Loran-C signal receiving, and signal processing technology.
