Chulseoung Baek received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from Kwangwoon University in 2017. He worked as a senior researcher at the Korea Institute of Advanced Limestone Materials (2010–2020). In 2020, he moved to Korea Aggregates Research Institute and was promoted to Principal Researcher in 2021. His research topics mainly include aggregate quality control and construction materials.

Byoung Woon You received his master`s degree in geology from the Chungnam National University in 2014 and is now pursuing a Ph.D. program in geology. He worked as a researcher at the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (2009–2022). In 2023, he moved to Korea Aggregates Research Institute and was promoted to Senior Researcher in 2023. His research topics mainly include petrology and mineralogy.
