Prof. Dr. Hui Li received his Ph.D. (2015) and M.Sc. (2006) in Hydraulic and Hydropower Engineering from Xi’an University of Technology and is currently a Professor specializing in the online monitoring and condition assessment of hydropower units and electrical equipment. He has developed key technologies, including real-time monitoring and tracking analysis systems, integrated stability testing platforms, and automated adjustment systems for hydropower unit turning, which have been applied in over 30 hydropower plants across China. His work has earned him the Third Prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the Second Prize of the Xi’an Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award.
