Author Biographies

Miloš Lončar received his BSc degree in Telecommunications from the University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering, in 2006. He began his professional career the same year, at Microsoft, where he worked in sales, marketing, and new business development. In 2013, he earned an Executive MBA with merit from the University of Sheffield, UK. Since 2016, he has been pursuing a PhD in Management at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. He has participated in numerous academic and professional conferences and is a guest lecturer on digital transformation at FEFA University in Belgrade, as well as being in the process of obtaining the same role at the University of Vienna, Europe’s largest business school. Since August 2017, he has been working at Microsoft Austria as Head of Azure Infrastructure, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation. He has authored multiple papers published in both national and international journals and conference proceedings. His research interests include digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), and innovative business models.
