Victor Krishtop graduated from the Physics Department of Khabarovsk Pedagogical University in 1996 and received his Ph.D. in Optics in 2000 from Far Eastern State Transport University. After graduation, he was a professor of physics at Far Eastern State Transport University (2000–2019) and a professor of electrophysics at Kwangwoon University (2012–2013). He is currently a professor in the Physics and Mathematics Institute at Perm State University and the General Physics Department at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.
