Dr. Wookyu Chae is a Principal Researcher and an Electrical Engineer at the KEPCO Research Institute (KEPRI). He received a B.Eng. degree from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, in 2004, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Chungbuk National University, South Korea, in 2007 and 2020, respectively. Since 2004, he has worked at the KEPRI. His research interests include the design and operation of meshed distribution grids, the design and control of microgrids, and renewable energies. In addition, he is a Reviewer of the Korea Institute of Power Electronics and the Korea Institute of Illuminating and Electrical Installation Engineers.
Mr. Jintae Cho received B.S., M.S and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Korea University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2006, 2008 and 2023, respectively. He is currently a Principal Researcher with the Power Distribution Laboratory, Korea Electric Power Corporation Research Institute (KEPRI), Daejeon, South Korea. His research interests include the protection, monitoring, control of DC distribution systems, and automated distribution planning.
