Dr. Xiaoqiang Cui received a B.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineering from Southwest University in 2013 and a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Remediation and Resource Regeneration from Zhejiang University in 2018. He is an Associate Professor at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tianjin University. His research interests mainly inclu the green remediation of eutrophic water and heavy-metal-contaminated soils; the harmless treatment and value-added utilization of biomass waste; the synthesis and application of functional biochars; and the geochemical cycle of nutrients and heavy metals.
