Prof. Dr. Tong Jiang obtained his Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1992, 1995 and 2002, respectively. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University. Since 2005, he has been working as a Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, North China Electric Power University. His main research areas are power system analysis and control, large-scale power storage technology, smart distribution network and fault location.
