Peishuo Wang is currently in his third year of undergraduate study at
Hebei University of Technology (HBUT), College of Electronic and
Information Engineering, majoring in Electronic Science and Technology,
pursuing his Bachelor of Engineering degree. His main research interest
is metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors. His research explores the
mechanism of gas-sensitive performance enhancement through
nanostructuring techniques such as modulation of material structure and
morphology and heterostructure building, aiming to improve the
monitoring capability of gas sensors in complex environments and their
application value in the medical field. In addition, he combines his
theoretical knowledge learned in his undergraduate studies with
interdisciplinary practice to make new explorations in constructing
gas-sensitive sensing materials.
Xueli Yang received her PhD degree in 2019 from College of Electronic
Science and Engineering, Jilin University, China. Now she is a lecturer
in School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Hebei University
of Technology, China. Her current research interests mainly focus on the
synthesis and characterization of semiconductor oxide functional
materials and gas sensors.
