Author Biographies

My research is grounded in a commitment to advancing community and public health through integrative and evidence-informed approaches. I hold a PhD from the University of South Australia, where I explored the use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) in the management of acute respiratory tract infections in children. This work reflects my broader interest in culturally relevant, low-cost interventions that improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes. I am particularly focused on the role of integrated medicine, community-based care, and public health innovation. My current projects explore traditional dietary remedies, palliative care practices, and the judicious use of antibiotics within the community setting. As an experienced academic and clinical practitioner, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to research and teaching, and am deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals. I am driven by a passion for improving health delivery systems and finding novel, sustainable solutions that meet the needs of diverse populations.
