Prof. Miroslav Abrashev is a Professor at the Department of Condensed Matter Physics, Faculty of Physics, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He received his PhD and MS degrees from the same university. The fields of his scientific interests and research focus on Condensed Matter Physics, Crystallography, Raman spectroscopy, phonons, technology, and crystal structure of transition metal oxides, colossal magnetoresistive manganites and related perovskites, high-temperature superconductors and related materials, graphene, and minerals. He has 126 published scientific papers in journals, 2 chapters of books, 37 presentations at international conferences, and 36 papers concerning high-school education.
