Author Biographies

Dr. Zongbao Zou is an Associate Professor at the School of Business, Shantou University, China. In September 2016, he graduated from the School of Management and Economics of Dalian University of Technology with a Ph.D. From November 2016 to June 2019, he conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University. He has presided over one Chinese postdoctoral project, one humanities and social sciences project of the Ministry of Education, and one Guangdong Provincial Social Science Planning Project, and has participated in three National Natural Science Foundations. He is currently a director of the Random Services and Operations Management Branch of the Chinese Operational Research Society. His main research areas include green supply chain management, multinational supply chain management, and queuing theory and its application.
Dr. Cong Wang is an Associate Professor at the School of Maritime Economics and Management, Dalian Maritime University, China. Dr. Wang obtained a bachelor’s degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering in 2006 from Dalian University of Technology, a master’s degree in Accounting in 2009 from Dalian University of Technology, and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering in 2017 from Dalian University of Technology. From 2009 to 2013, Dr. Wang was involved in strategic management and financial management of large listed companies. In 2017, he joined Dalian Maritime University as a lecturer. Since 2021, Dr. Wang has been an associate professor. His research topics mainly include low-carbon supply chain management, agricultural supply chain management, platform economy, digital economy, and intelligent decision-making.
