Carlos Merino is Technical Director at Centro Nacional del Hidrogeno (CNH2). He completed his studies as an Electrical Engineer and Master's degree in Electrical Energy Systems at University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain. He has more than 15 years of research experience through carrying out multiple national and international projects in the field of hydrogen systems coupled to renewable energies and the use of hydrogen in mobility.
Dr. Rafael Zárate-Miñano is a Tenured Associate Professor in the Electrical, Electronic, Automatic, and Communications Engineering department at the University of Castilla–La Mancha. He completed his PhD studies in Electrical Engineering at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Ciudad Real, Spain, in April 2010. His research interests include power system operation and stability, electricity markets, sensitivity analysis, optimization, and numerical methods.
