Prof. Ronghai is a professor at the School of Food & Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China. He earned his Ph.D. at the Jiangsu University in 2006. He is also the Assistant Dean of the School of Food and Biological Engineering. His research field focuses on food physical processing technology and equipment. He has a social academic post and is an honor member of the Agricultural Products Storage and Processing Branch of CAASS.
Prof. Haile Ma is a professor at the School of Food & Biological Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang, China. He earned his Ph.D. at the Jiangsu University in 1996. From 2005 to 2006, he worked as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Davis. His current research is focused on the physical processing of food, such as the super- or sub-critical CO2 extraction and ultrasonic-assisted extraction of active ingredients in natural products, functional peptide preparation by an ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic process, food sterilization by pulse magnetic field, and the development of the above processing equipment.
