Author Biographies

Chen Zhaoyu is a male PhD candidate at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia, and he holds an MBA from the Guilin University of Electronic Technology, China. He currently serves on the editorial board of the Asia Pacific Economic and Management Review and is a certified data analyst. He is also a member of the Chinese Association of Management Accountants and the Beijing Society for Image and Graphics. In 2023, he was honored with the Young Management Scientist title by the International (Macau) Institute of Academic Research. To date, he has published over ten academic papers in both Chinese and English. His research interests include digital transformation, platform economics, and service supply chain optimization, with methodological expertise in fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) and data analytics.
Dr. Mad Ithnin Bin Salleh obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Operation Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Kedah, and then he furthered his studies at the master's level in Quantitative Sciences with majors in operation management from Universiti Teknologi Mara. His doctoral degree is from the University of Wollongong, Australia, specializing in Efficiency and Productivity. His area of interest is in performance measurement, efficiency and productivity, quantitative methods for management, and quality management systems. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Tanjong Malim.
