Prof. Dr. Yiming Zhang received his academic degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Harbin Institute of Technology. In 1992, he joined the Institute of Electrical Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, where he served as a researcher, doctoral supervisor, research group leader, and deputy director of the research department. In 2005, he conducted international cooperation research in Germany. In 2007, he moved to the School of Electronic Control at Beijing University of Technology as a professor and doctoral supervisor. His research topics mainly include electromagnetic theory and new technologies for power electronics.
